Doing the Life Activation course was such a deeply personal and meaningful experience for me. I went into it not really knowing what to expect, but I left feeling like something inside me had shifted. There were moments throughout the course where I felt seen, challenged and gently encouraged to look at parts of myself that I had perhaps been avoiding or taking for granted. It gave me a different perspective on my life, my choices and the energy I bring into the world. More than anything, it created a space for me to reconnect with myself.
